Welcome to Motherzen, a holistic family café making a difference
At Motherzen, we believe that whether you’re a new or experienced parent, the journey is not meant to be travelled alone.
Founded by midwife Tori, who has dedicated her life to the wellbeing of mums, babies, and families, our space is designed to offer more than just a play café. It's a sanctuary, a safe space, and a community hub for parents to meet, build local connections and boost family wellbeing.
What we
offer
We offer a range of family support services from sling libraries & pelvic floor rehab, to antenatal classes & date nights! All in a safe and child friendly environment. Bring your children along & take advantage of our play space!

We understand the importance of community in the life of a mother. Motherzen is a place where you can build genuine friendships and find a sense of belonging. We foster an environment where connections happen naturally, whether it’s through a shared yoga class, a casual chat over coffee, or a supportive parenting talk. Here, you’re never alone.

True nourishment goes beyond food—it feeds the body, mind, and soul. At Motherzen, we offer wholesome meals and beverages, but we also provide nourishment through our events and activities, which are designed to uplift you and encourage interests outside of parenthood. Many parents express a sense of "loss of self" in the early postpartum period. We are here to nourish all of you! There's nothing lost, but so much gained.

Through our workshops, wellness activities, and peer support, we aim to strengthen your sense of self and help you find your own way as a mother/parent.
